50% QUIET PLEASE CONTRACT

As an ITF Player, you have the chance to receive a 50% Quiet Please Contract for one year. Simply complete the application form below and let us know why you're the perfect player to represent Quiet Please.

Terms and Conditions:
‍1. Information on how to participate
- Submit your entry via Tennis Point x ITF webshop landing page completing the entry form
- Entry must include ITF ranking, national ranking, club name, Instagram account
- Only one entry per person is permitted

2. The closing date for entries
- All entries must be submitted by the 31st August at 23:59
- Entries after the closing date will not be considered

3. Full details on the offer/contract
- Quiet Please contract offers 50% off any Quiet Please items from the entire range
- There are no restrictions on a maximum quantity of orders
- Items must not be re-sold and Tennis Point retains the rights to withhold or cancel any orders and the contract where items have been re-sold
- Winners will receive a 12 month contract from the date of signage
- The contracting parties shall negotiate an extension of the contract no later than 3 months before the expiry of the contract 

4. Tennis Point are the promoter and the ITF has no responsibility or any involvement with the promotion of the contracts

5. General Conditions of the contract 
- For the duration of this agreement, the Player agrees to and is required to exclusively wear Quiet Please apparel during practice and competitions.
- The Player agrees to and is required to display the Sponsor’s logo during any public appearance during the period of this agreement to maximize the visibility of the brand.
- The Player commits to publish at least ten postings annually including text and imagery promoting Quiet Please (All posts must be flagged as sponsor or ad posts to comply with applicable advertising laws)
- For the duration of this contract, the Player may not enter any contractual agreement related to the promotion of apparel with competing sports or lifestyle brands.
- The Player acknowledges that he or she shall be forbidden, except with specific authorization, to give as a gift or sell any Quiet Please products to third parties or other people.
- There shall be no supplementary oral agreements. Additions and alterations to this agreement shall only be legally valid if in written form and need to be signed by both contractual parties.
- The Player shall treat the content and provisions of this agreement as confidential.
- If the Player breaches the provisions in this contractual agreement, the Sponsor is eligible to invoice the Player for all products based on the current price on the date of delivery of the respective products.
